I received a package in the mail from my aunt Debbie. upon opening it i discovered it was full of treasures..
some she had made, some of her old knitting needles, and some of my grandmothers old sewing tools mixed in with some odds and ends
and my great grandmother rose's dictionary (whom i was named after)
It was a perfect gift and I will treasure it for a long time
and of course the cats loved it too!

ReplyDeleteMy name is Robin Cadwell and I work with Beth Simpson who showed me your page as she knew I would enjoy seeing your photographs...and she was very right! you have some really good shots: the cats feet, the cat looking up at the lit antique lamp, the shoes on the wooden floor and my favorite, I think is the wooden thread spool with the thimbles. I may not be a great photographer, but I worked in photography for 24 yrs. and know good stuff when i see it. You should get a collection together for a show or maybe try to sell some cards, prints, if that's something you're interested in. Your perspective and sense of light really show up in your shots. Anyway, just my opinion, but I really enjoyed looking at them. Thanks for sharing. Robin
