apparently I feel the need to document photos with photos now, so bear with me people--something interesting is bound to happen sooner or later...right?

best birthday! ever!

here are some highlights from our fabulous trip to the coast

the house we stayed in was very cute and cozy. it was on a pond and only a block from the beach

there were wild strawberries everywhere

and plenty of driftwood and sea foam

the beach was freezing, but we warmed up with hot toddy's

and a hot tub

drew made us the most amazing family style dinner of clams and shrimp

leave it to my friends to bring the party, it was my birthday after all

the dudes cleaned up then we had a dance party

things got real wild!

and then....fire.....and sleep

the next day i got up and had breakfast and went for a walk where i found the coolest toad stool ever

and randy tried to eat them
